The radishes are served on a platter of watercress with a yogurt-based sauce underneath. So when you take some salad they get mixed at that point. This also helps keep the greens fresher than they would otherwise wilt. It is a very light yet different type of salad. Try it for yourself and see if you like it. To prepare wash the radishes and cut them in half. If the watercress is not prewashed then wash them thoroughly. It is best to do this right before arranging the salad.
